WITH the year's end fast approaching, the cabinet made one notable decision during its last November 17 meeting: the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA) will definitely be closed as of February next year. Any remaining work to be done by this agency established in 1999 to manage state assets valued at more than Rp600 trillion will be transferred to other government agencies.
