IT seems as if sugar is no longer a sweet business for Widjanarko Puspoyo. Currently, the managing director of the State Logistics Agency, Bulog, is experiencing a real headache as regards all the sugar piled up in Bulog's warehouses. All in all, this amounts to 60 tons, and none of it has been sold because of the drop in sugar prices.
