Widjanarko Puspoyo: "I want them shot"

WIDJANARKO Puspoyo appears exhausted. "I am not feeling well," said the CEO of the State Logistics Agency (Bulog). His ill health seems to be caused by the recent disclosure of sugar smuggling in the provinces, undercutting Bulog's own 65,000-ton stock of sugar. "I want them [smugglers] shot and drowned. I am one of their victims," said Widjanarko to TEMPO reporter Dara Meutia Uning in an interview last Wednesday. Excerpts:
