ANYBODY would know that a person's intelligence has absolutely nothing to do with their outfit. But this did not prevent the Faculty of Medicine at North Sumatra University (USU) from banning their female students from sporting veiled Muslim attire. The reason is simple: they were concerned that students wearing veils might swap identities when taking tests or during laboratory work.
