Twelve-year-old Fatmanah is the third among five siblings. Every day, she collects recyclable paper and cardboard in the Gedungpanjang area of Rawabebek, North Jakarta, without complaining. She has no far-reaching dreams, nor does she have high ambitions. She dreams only of one simple thing: the opportunity to go to school.
One afternoon last week, after collecting recycled paper, Fatmanah excitedly changed out of her `working uniform'.
