NUSAKAMBANGAN, Saturday, two weeks ago. Early in the morning, the air in the 5x8-meter-room at Wisma Sari was stifling. Around 50 people sat crowded together on wooden benches. Most of them were in prison officer and police uniforms, but five were dressed in the blue uniforms issued to the inmates of the Nusakambangan correctional facility. While their status outside class might differ, make no mistake: they are all students at a law college.
