WAHYU Hidayat's death two weeks ago opened an old wound—that caused by a tragic incident which happened three years ago to a junior student at the Public Administration Institute (STPDN) campus in Sumedang, West Java. Long before 20-year-old Wahyu fell victim to violence committed by more senior students, a similar fate had taken the life of Erie Rakhman and a number of other victims.
