NINETY percent of Loving Hut’s customers in Semanggi Plaza are not actually vegetarian or vegan. Yet, when vegetarianism is seemingly rare among the people of metropolitan Jakarta, it does not seem to affect Loving Hut’s business. Their concept quite obviously works as they seem to thrive on the people who know it and respect it.
