Saving the Pygmy Elephant

ONE afternoon in the forests of Sabah, Malaysia, the hunter was ready with his gun when the small elephant emerged from the thick of the woods. With the poor animal set in his gunsight, the hunter fired. The elephant staggered and fell to the ground.
