IT is a fat plastic drum, as high as the waist of an adult and dull in color. Once its flat top is opened the stench of its content will spread in every direction. Inside, hundreds (or perhaps many more) of maggots are having a merry time feasting on the remains of the fried rice taken for breakfast or the leftover dish from last night, some of which has become blackened.
