SUMARTO was busy at his work when the telephone at his office rang. The head of the Thousand Islands National Marine Park frowned as he received the bad news: oil spills were back contaminating the waters in the area. Oh, not again, Sumarto mumbled to himself. The last case of contamination is still unsolved, and now this one again. The last time the Thousand Islands were polluted by oil spills was in November 2004.
