PATRA M. Zen, head of the Indonesian Legal Aid Institute Foundation (YLBHI), was busy going over a 61-page document. It is the dossier of the Supreme Court’s April 3, 2009 ruling rejecting the request for appeal made by YLBHI regarding the Lapindo mudflow litigation. “We’re going to request a review,” said Patra on Tuesday last week.
