THE controversy over the Jakarta Bay reclamation continues. Two weeks ago, a number of nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) affiliated with the Jakarta Bay Rescue Coalition protested against the city administration's issuance of a new environmental license to Kapuk Naga Indah company on April 28.
