THE scorching sun at the final waste processing site (TPA) of Rawa Kucing in Kedaung Wetan, Neglasari Subdistrict, South Tangerang City, Banten, seemed to help reduce the stench from the 25-meter-high piles of trash. Garbage trucks take turns entering designated dumping areas, while excavators wait to arrange the newly arrived waste.
