Surabaya Zoo had its license suspended. Capital and commitments are required for the zoo to function again.

The water in the pond is brown and turbid. Whenever the thin crocodile that is submerged in the pond moves, however slightly, the mud sediment rises. A few moments later, there is no way of distinguishing which is the crocodile and which is the mud. Passersby are struck by a sickeningly bad smell emanating from the enclosure.
