HANGING out with a brave man could apparently make a person turn bold. Consider what Minister of Maritime Affairs & Fisheries, Rokhmin Dahuri, did. After a dialog at the end of last month with then Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad, he decided on a bold move: opening immediately the sea sand export tap to Malaysia. The move, akin to waking up a sleeping tiger, triggered immediate protests.
