Widjiono Purnomo, or Chef Yono, has had a very busy few weeks. A fortnight ago, he was in Washington, DC to judge the 2017 National Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition, where chefs under 25 from 10 regions, competed to win a ticket to Frankfurt, Germany.
