Telegram Potentially Blocked

TERRORISM's wide use of the social media as a tool for communication has caused the government to take drastic measures. Two weeks ago, the communication and information ministry blocked Telegram's web version. Eleven domain name servers were closed down, among others t.me, telegram.me, and telegram.org. This step was taken because Telegram has yet not provided a standard operation procedure to address terrorism.
