IT was not clear what was in the minds of several members of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) from Malang regency, East Java, when the plenary hall was transformed into a party area, complete with erotic dangdut music and alcoholic drinks. The agenda three weeks ago was the celebration of Independence Day, complete with tumpeng (traditional yellow rice cone).
It was unclear who started it, but without anybody knowing, used 1.5-liter
