Debts that are difficult to collect can make people seeking repayments come up with novel ideas quickly. But Suwarno Adi, a construction company owner in Malang, East Java, lately has come up with a really bizarre one. As his colleague, Suhandoko, an employee at PT Perhutani, didn't pay his debts, two weeks ago Suwarno acted in ways that ordinary people may find despicable. Instead of hiring tough guys, Suwarno sent along 50 lepers.
