PNM Achieves Rapid Growth in All Lines

PNM Mekaar and PNM ULaMM programs have led to an increase in PNM assets. #InfoTempo.
PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) ended the 2021 period with the achievement of rapid growth in all lines. PNM's assets were recorded at Rp 43.71 trillion at the close of the book in 2021, or grew 138 percent (year-on-year/yoy) compared to 2020.
The factor for the increase in PNM assets was the PNM Mekaar and PNM ULaMM programs. The productive assets of PNM Mekaar's financing grew rapidly by 165 percent to 25.6 trillion and PNM ULaMM rose by 103 percent to 6.6 trillion. Compared to 2020, PNM Mekaar's productive assets were recorded at 15.5 trillion and PNM ULaMM at 6.4 trillion.
PNM gained a net profit throughout 2021 of Rp 845 billion, compared to 2020 which was Rp 359 billion. Until December 2021, the gross non-performing loan (NPL) rate of PNM was recorded at 0.69 percent. The consolidated NPL record improved compared to December 2020, which was 1.23 percent.
In line with the increase in distribution, the number of PNM customers also grow rapidly. Until December 2021, the total number of customers was 11 million and the PNM Mekaar branch office increased by 317 offices. As of May 28, 2022, PNM has disbursed financing of Rp 131.4 trillion to PNM Mekaar's 12 million customers. Currently, PNM has 3,386 PNM Mekaar service offices and 688 PNM ULaMM service offices throughout Indonesia serving MSMEs in 34 provinces, 443 regencies/cities, and 5,640 sub-districts.
