PNM to Prepare Strategic Plan for 2023

PT Permodalan Nasional Madani or PNM participated in the 'CEO Talk' event. The activity, which involved BRI, Pegadaian, and PNM, was attended by all regional and branch managers from the three State-Owned Enterprises.

Held at the Pullman Hotel, Ciawi, on Tuesday, December 20 2022, the event continued with 'Meet The CEO' held by PNM at the Head Office in Menara PNM, Jakarta. PNM’s Meet The CEO was attended by the PNM Board of Directors and PNM Branch Managers throughout Indonesia.

PNM's Meet The CEO event was carried out in the framework of closing the year by preparing the company's strategic plan for 2023. "In 2023 the target number of customers will be 17 million customers, so that by 2024 it can reach 20 million, as directed by President Jokowi, by optimizing PKM as well as increasing the referral success rate of the ultra-micro holding by strengthening the understanding of the business pipeline through SENYUM Mobile referrals from 3 entities," said PNM Business Director Tjatur H Priyono.

It is hoped that the business processes that will be carried out in 2023 will increase and further optimize PNM's contribution in alleviating extreme poverty in Indonesia. In addition, it is also hoped that the Ultra-Micro Holding with BRI and Pegadaian will increase the level of compliance, governance and risk management in 2023.

"Improvement of the processing and integration of business big data will continue to be carried out and the implementation of the people analytics functions in supporting the business strategy in the field of HR management will continue to be optimized in 2023," said PNM Director of Operations Sunar Basuki. 

PNM has disbursed IDR 164.66 trillion in financing to 13.61 million PNM Mekaar customers. Currently, PNM has 4,213 PNM Mekaar service offices and 642 PNM ULaMM service offices throughout Indonesia which serve MSMEs in 34 provinces, 513 regencies/cities, and 6,642 districts.
