Nucleus Farma won five awards at International Intellectual Property, Invention, Innovation and Technology Exposition (IPITEx 2023) in Thailand.. tempo : 173501190613.

The National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) again hosted the Thailand Inventors Day 2023 competition with the subject “International Intellectual Property, Invention, Innovation and Technology Exposition” or IPITEx 2023. This event was held in the Event Hall 102-104 at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Center (BITEC).

IPITex is held annually in the field of innovation in Asia to enhance partnerships between Thai and international inventors and organizations from multiple countries, including Canada, China, Croatia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Iran, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Sudan, Taiwan, United Kingdom, Vietnam, Egypt, and United Arab Emirates.

Nucleus Farma presented Onoiwa MX and Rafa Komsah products at this event. These products are top-tier natural medicines that assist government’s health and welfare programs. The presentations were done in front of the jury at each innovator’s booth using posters, power point media and videos. Three researchers from the healthcare and industrial sectors strictly judged each entry.

Nucleus Farma CEO Edward Basilianus, SE. MM proudly said, “We won five awards convincingly, namely two Gold Medals, one Silver Medal, and two Special Awards Medals.”

A Gold Medal was awarded to the Onoiwa MX neuraceutical non-toxic drug—the world’s first oral albumin treatment—made from natural ingredients, while Rafa Khomsah Super Potent Antioxidant made from non-toxic polyherbal won the Silver Medal. A certificate was awarded directly by the NRCT to 443 research groups from 25 different countries.

Dr. Syamsudin, a Permanent Professor in Pharmacology at the Faculty of Pharmacy, said they chose Onoiwa MX because of health problems that often occur in chronic diseases such as cancer, COPD, TB, type 2 DM, Covid-19, and burns. “Onoiwa MX helps overcome hypoalbumin, edema, antihyperglycemia, and neuroprotector. It provides nutrition for malnutrition patients and improves the immune system.” The medicine also accelerates wound healing after childbirth operations and eliminates swelling.

“Rafa Khomsah helps maintain a healthy body with its high antioxidant content that inhibits viruses. It can help repair and restore the immune system in the patient’s body. In addition, Rafa Khomsah contains Temulawak or curcuma zanthorrhiza extract that acts as a hepatoprotector to protect liver function,” Dr. Syamsudin explained.

Dr. Wiparat De-ong, Executive Director of the NRCT, directly complimented Nucleus Farma. “I wish the team congratulations and success, as well as enthusiastic welcome to the upcoming event. Congratulations once again.”

The team chaired by Syamsudin, Sucipto Kokadir and Richie Lapian also received laudation from Professor Pawel B. Szymanski from the University of Lodz after the award ceremony. “I am happy and welcome (the team) for upcoming cooperation.”

With the end of this event, it is Nucleus Farma’s hope that this experience can inspire inventors and organizations to continue to create new technological innovations, especially in the health sector to help people in Indonesia and around the world in improving the quality of health.
