Some of Langa’s residents live in poverty, not so different from the days of apartheid. A ‘poverty tour’ is offered to tourists.

SAM Ntiba, our tour guide, took us-three tourists from Southeast Asia and two from the Netherlands-to Langa, a small town on the outskirts of Cape Town, South Africa.
