THE landslides and floods in Manggarai regency, Flores Island, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), still leave behind great miseries. Apart from adverse weather and difficult terrain, which make it hard for the team of evacuation to reach slide spots, the number of refugees also keeps rising.
