DEPUTY Governor of Aceh, Muhammad Nazar, inaugurated the Investor Outreach Office (IOO) at the Swiss belHotel on Monday last week. To mark the function, the Deputy Governor played the rapa-i (tambourine) and visited the IOO building opposite the Swiss belHotel.
