THE 70th birthday celebrations of activist Rahman Tolleng were filled with stories of the past. Two Thursdays ago, a small party was held at the home of a good friend in Menteng, Central Jakarta, to honor Tolleng, a former chief editor of the newspapers Mahasiswa Indonesia (Indonesian Student) and Suara Karya.
