Good intentions turned to suspicions

THE CIS-RISI project at the PLN Disjayahas triggered charges of a markup. This outsource project was executed by PT Netway Utama. Netway Utama CEO, Gani Abdul Gani, was interviewed by Tempo at the end of June. Excerpts of the interview:
