Prima Media Antara has blocked the peak program times in TVRI. The distribution of earnings is lopsided. The television station is in fact in debt by Rp10.2 billion.

EVERYTHING started in October 2003. The management of TVRI signed a collaborative agreement with PT Prima Media Antara, by which Prima will be responsible for peak-hour programs from 5pm to midnight. Prima was given the right to look for advertisement sponsors. The ads will be screened during the peak hours agreed upon by the contract, except at 9pm, when TVRI presents The World in the News.
