THE Integrated Team to Monitor, Oversee and Manage the Impact of Higher Fuel Prices and the Control of Abuse in the Supply and Service of Fuel (Integrated Fuel Team) was once disbanded by President Megawati Sukarnoputri.

But it was reorganized again in April 2005 under the jurisdiction the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal & Security Affairs. After that, the Team rushed to investigate the hundreds of petrol stations suspected of cheating.
