The building in the Viaduct area, Jalan Gatot Subroto, Bandung, looked deserted. When Tempo went there two weeks ago, there was not a single soul. Not too long ago, it was a din of car rental activities. Now, only frozen empty spaces were left. The police had confiscated all cars once Ibists activities were declared a crime.
