THE rows of old warehouses at Karangsinom are identical to the ones found in Kandanghaur, Indramayu and along the West Java northern coastal road. They appear dilapidated, cut off from the green environment surrounding them. Dust and cobwebs stick to the walls. But who would have thought that hundreds of millions of rupiah each month can be had from these old buildings?
