Choking on Chlorinated Rice

GO to a food stall at any street corner and you will not see customers showing any qualms about eating their rice dishes. Despite reports of widespread use of bleached or chlorniated rice on the market, no one is worried. We have yet to see someone die from eating such rice, Arif Hartono, a regular food stall customer told Tempo.
