THE Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) reported that in April 1999, the ruilslag (land swap) between PT Industri Sandang I and PT Graha Delta Citra involved several high-ranking officials. The following is Tempos report on those who took part in the ruilslag process, including the President, ministers and executives of both companies.
