Business continues to flourish at Patal Senayan. But its former occupant, PT Industri Sadang Nusantara, relocated to Karawang, seems to be down and out.

PERMATA Senayan, 2007. Towering palm trees neatly line the boulevard upon the entrance of Permata Senayan, the smooth pavement leading to the center of the complex. It is from here on that the main roads, all in perfect order, link to the entire residential compound. One of which leads to three 27-story-high buildings that make up Senayan Residence Apartment. On the other end of that compound are rows of lively shop-houses.
