FROM the eighth floor of an apartment block in Hougang Avenue in Singapore, a body was seen falling on July 27. With nothing to break the fall, in mere seconds, the body swiftly hit the ground floor of Apartment Block 328, crushed together with a bamboo pole used for drying clothes—motionless, dead on the spot. No one had expected the life of the young girl—at only 20 years old—to have such a tragic end. Her name was Windy.
