PROBLEMS never seem to cease hounding Adiwarsita Adinegoro, Chairman of the Association of Indonesian Forestry Concessionaires (APHI) for the 1998-2003 term. Last October, there was the fraud case of valuable notes valued at Rp150 million deposited at Bank Mandiri and BNI.
