TRAIN crashes in Indonesia seem to be happening rather routinely these days. Last Saturday, on April 15, the Kertajaya train from Jakarta entered the Gubug Station at Grobogan, Central Jaya, even though the PPKA (Train Traffic Management) head had not given the signal for the Kertajaya to proceed.
