Witnessed by President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, the foreign ministers of Indonesia and Singapore signed the long-awaited extradition treaty on Friday, last week. It was a historic moment, although it may have escaped the attention of the residents around Tampak Siring.
