THREE luxury automobiles lay covered in dust: a Lamborghini valued at Rp3.8 billion, a Rp2-billion Ferrari and a Rolls-Royce Phantom priced at Rp6 billion. The three cars have been parked for weeks at the warehouse complex of the Tanjung Priok Port Authority, in North Jakarta.
