THE name Hashim Djojohadikusumo has not been heard for sometime among the Indonesian business community. This is because for the past 10 years, the son of the late economist Sumitro Djojohadikusumo has been busy doing business overseas. He may have sold his oilfields in Kazakhstan, but he still owns black-gold wells in Azerbaijan and the United States. He comes home once every so often, to visit his ailing mother, Dora Sigar Djojohadikusumo.
