IT has long been feared that the Indonesian economy can be affected by the opportunism of speculators. To protect against such likelihood, starting this July 7 Bank Indonesia will enact a regulation by which investors owning Bank Indonesia Certificates (SBI) can hold for a minimum one-month holding period.
