AFTER a long and protracted road, a plenary session of the House of Representatives (DPR) finally enacted the Law on Money Laundering two weeks ago. Yunus Husein, Chairman of the Financial Transactions Reporting & Analysis Center (PPATK), feels greatly relieved. “Let us hope that nothing will vanish again, like that tobacco clause,” Yunus told his assistant, who reviewed the bill, on Tuesday last week.
