PRESENT at a business luncheon at the end of last September at the JW Marriott Hotel in Jakarta were representatives of two generations of corporate titan, General Electric (GE): Handry Satriago, 41, President of GE Indonesia and Jeffrey Immelt, 54, Chairman and CEO of GE. They seem 'fated' to work for GE, the energy and technology company founded by Thomas Alva Edison 130 years ago, and which today is present in more than 100 countries.
