HATTA Rajasa proudly showed his collection of 200 paintings by renowned Indonesian artists, following his interview with the Tempo team at his home, in the Golf Mansion housing complex in South Jakarta. Some of the paintings were by such maestros as Affandi, Nasar, Hendra Gunawan, Lee Man Fong and many more. "I still don't have one by Raden Saleh," said Hatta, last week. He had purchased them from friends and artists.
