Bambang Kesowo: "The State Secretariat must be strong"

Just 24 hours after becoming the new State Secretary, Bambang Kesowo had already made an important announcement. This ministerial-level official decided to reunite those institutions which were split off from the State Secretary's Office during President Abdurrahman Wahid's term: the Presidential Secretariat, the Vice Presidential Secretariat, and the Cabinet Secretariat. "I want to make the State Secretariat very strong," he said.
