The face behind the camoflage face paint belongs to Lt. Gen. (TNI) Ryamizard Ryacudu, Commander of the Army Strategic Reserves Command (Kostrad). He has a formidable appearance, to be sure. Yet President Megawati Sukarnoputri, who stood next to him wearing a striped uniform (complete with jungle hat on which "President" was written), smiled brightly.
