BOGOR in West Java is famous for its rain, a matter that has been preoccupying the benighted folk of Jakarta, has it not?
But just a few days before the onset of this years disastrous floods I was in Bogor and got lucky, so lucky in fact that there was from the town a picture-perfect view of Mount Salak.
