IN the most recent development on the long-standing criminal case of polluting Buyat Bay, prosecutors at the Manado District Court in North Sulawesi, wrapped up their case last week by calling for a three-year jail term against PT Newmont Minahasa Raya and CEO, Richard Ness. The accused has been proven to have polluted the environment of Buyat Bay, declared prosecutor Purwanto.
