LAST Tuesday, Bank Permatas president director, Agus Martowardojo, received a summons from the South Jakarta Prosecutors Office to discuss the planned liquidation of a Rp546 billion escrow account inherited from the Bank Bali scandal. The liquidation could throw Bank Permata into turmoil, thwarting the planned sale of government shares in the bank.
